Refund policy
If for any reason or no reason at all, you are unsatisfied with your PureSleep device, you may return it any time within 60 days of purchase. All U.S. orders placed through PureSleep.com include an individualized return shipping label to return your order for a refund or exchange. This label includes prepaid postage from anywhere within the United States. Outside the United States, contact support for an RMA number. Full postage must be added to your package. Upon receipt of your package, we will credit the purchase price back to your payment card.
In addition to our refund policy, for we also allow for free exchanges if you accidentally damage the PureSleep device you received during the fitting process and want to try again with a new device. If you would like to exchange a damaged PureSleep device, contact our customer support department by email, phone or instant message, and ask to get a new device. We will send the new device to you and ask that you use the return shipping label to send us your damaged PureSleep device.
