Shipping policy
The Pure Sleep Company pays for the shipping of our product to you, worldwide!
Orders sent with our normal free shipping option typically ship within two business days and are sent via United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class or Priority Mail, depending on the destination. With this class of service, you should expect to receive your order within four or five business days, but it can take longer, with ten days being unusual but possible. For faster service, we also have two other classes of shipping:
- "Expedited" orders received by 11:00 AM, Eastern Time, will ship the same day. After that time, they are the first orders to ship the next business day.
- "Overnight" orders get prioritized like "Expedited" orders, but get sent via FedEx Overnight service which is guaranteed to arrive within one business day of being sent.
The Pure Sleep Company is not responsible for delays in delivery by the USPS or FedEx. It should be noted that such delays are much more common in the days prior to Christmas.
If you know that you will be traveling, we can send your PureSleep order to you at your temporary destination. Just use that address as your "Shipping Address" during checkout.
In addition to our free postage policy, we also pay the postage on returned orders within the United States when they are returned using the return shipping labels included with each order. These return shipping labels also allow us to track the progress of your returns through the USPS, and if we see that your order got lost, we will give you credit for your return shipment. However if you don't use our return shipping label, we will only credit your account for the returned unit if it is actually received by us. Outside of the United States, customers must affix the complete amount of postage needed to send the package back to us and it may be impossible for us to track your returned shipment, and if we cannot do so, we cannot credit your account unless and until we actually receive your returned order.
It is exceedingly unusual for deliveries to get lost in transit by the USPS, and within the United States, all order are trackable. However in certain other countries, loss is far more common and we are unable to track the transit of your package. If your order gets lost in transit, The Pure Sleep Company, at its sole discretion, may provide you with a replacement but it is not responsible to do so.
